VKC Group — faulty manufacturing..

I did purchase a vkc chappel in last week of nov 2018.
From everest foot wear, palani pet, arakkonam.
The left leg chappel tow loop (Metal) gets disoriented whereas right leg chappel is ok. I had tried to adjust the adjusting strap, but didn't help.
As the loop gets twisted it is damaging the strap holder. Images attached for reference.
Shop owner doesn't help.
I believe it's manufacturing defect.
Pls help.
