VKC Group — strap worn out within 2 weeks

My name is Jackson i am working in Calicut University, Thenjipalam. One month back i have bought your VKC Pride Chappel from Mele Cherali Junction shop for Rs 300 i liked the design and the comfort also was superb.. but i am very disappointed to say that it got damaged within two weeks. Its left leg thump strap stitch got irreparably damaged. I was using your product for the last two years... last time i bought your company's chappel and it lasted for more than 1.5 years. I did not expect such a speedy damage from your product.

So i hereby request you to provide a new one or refund the money
