[Resolved]  VLCC — Fraud weight loss program

I had taken an Assured 10 Weight Loss program starting Aug 2023. It's end of Oct 2023 and in 3 months there hasn't been any change in my weight. All VLCC has been doing is changing my diet plan.
Mid-Sep I spoke to Ashwini their Technical Head who assured me with another new diet plan. Having done that too. Today, with no change in my weight they are stopping the sessions and therapy and asking me to come approx 14km driving to do cycling which I can do at home too.
I need a refund of my money as this is just a fraud.
At VLCC magarpatta,
Vaishnavi - only gives diet charts and puts all weight gain on the client not working on their diet.
Shubham - decent guy, understanding but only gives false hope
Tanjila - another dietician who is very rude
Ashiwini - a bit sensible but her commitment not working
Jaymala - so far the honest therapist who does her work with dedication. She goes the extra mile to give tips on weight management.
Mangala- another therapist who is dedicated.

Center Head Anuja refused to talk to me at 10am even over the phone since she comes over late morning or afternoon. Moreover she is ok talking to her staff to inform me that she can only talk to me tomorrow. Compelling me to waiting for more than two hours for her to come to the center and hoping she comes on time.
