[Resolved] Vle Bazaar — ordered item not delivered

I have ordered "mcafee anti-virus - 1 pc, 1 year (Activation key card)" for rs 99 from vle bazaar on 6th november. It was mentioned that it will be delivered via e-mail but after that, i've tried contacting them on whatsapp support for help but they are just seeing the messages and don't bother to reply to the query. I also asked for refund if they can't deliver the order but no one is responding.

After calling the customer care so many times they finally generated the activation code and sent it via Email.
