I ordered a "DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 PRO Blue " that turned out to be of very poor quality, far below the standard I expected, and it was a completely different model than what I had ordered. Despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response or action regarding the return and refund process. The customer service representative has been unhelpful and unresponsive.
