Vlebazaar — Order Cancellation not possible

Have ordered the product on 3rd July 2023, but it wasnt dispatched till 19th July so I tried to cancel the order but its not getting cancelled. Customer care is not responding to calls and there is no resolution on tickets raised.

Please cancel my order 2299037 and refund the money to original mode of payment.
