Vlebazaar — Ordered item not received

I ordered a Seagate hard disk from Vlebazaar on 14 June 2023. The Order ID is 2246848. and the Invoice No is INV[protected]. At the time of purchase, it was promised that the order would be shipped within 17-19 JUNE 2023. Unfortunately, it is yet to be shipped. I raised multiple customer support tickets on their site and talked to there customer support centre multiple times. Whatever promise their customer support executives made on the phone regarding shipping the item was false. Please help me to resolve this issue.
