Vlebazaar — Product not received - I want refund

Dear Team,

I have placed an order (order no. 1890549) on 05Dec22.
I ordered, Echo Dot 3rd Gen New.

On 15thDec22, I got the intimation on the courier being booked and today the courier status is - P/U Not Done - Incomplete Paperwork.

And hence I didn't receive any courier till date.
