Vlebazaar — Refund amount not credited...

I had ordered "Sony WH1000 XM4" headphones on 27th of May. Despite repeated calls for update, they didn't deliver. They asked me to cancel my order and I asked them to cancel the order on 12th June. Status of order got changed to "Refund Processing". However, it changed to "Shipped" on 17th and they shipped the Product. Despite my requests to cancel, they tried to deliver. I rejected the delivery.

Customer care confirmed that amount will be refunded in 15 days. However, status changed to "RTO delivered" only by 28th June and after talking to customer care, they changed the status to "Refund under Process". Refund is not deposited till date and customer care isn't responding.
