I have orderd 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) on 15.12.2022 {Order ID: #1905906, Date Added: 15/12/2022, Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (Razorpay), Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Rate} and also make the payment while placing the above order. After several followups, the product was delivered to me on[protected] days after placed the order). The product sent to me - is not the same product which I have orderd on[protected]. I orderd boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) and I received boAt Rockerz 650 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone which is cheaper than the ordered product.
I called back to Vlebazaar customer care for return and total refund of the actual product value, because I am very much sure that Vlebazaar couldn't deliver the actual product i.e. 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) in near future or with in next 1 or 2 years.
Therefore, I want to return the wrong product and demanding the total paid amount in to my original payment method. Was this information helpful? |
