Vlebazaar — Subject-Transfer the amount into the original mode of payment

Order no. 1549129. I had ordered Nokia 2.1 from Vlebazaar, and paid Rs. 3999/- six months ago, but the item was not sent. I have already called them reapeatedly to refund the amount. Now they have refunded the amount to their own wallet which I cannot use. I have already called them so many times and asked them to transfer the amount from the wallet to the original mode of the payment. They always say that that would be done next day . But their tommorrow never comes.

They did the very same with my order. Never delivered the product (Order ID 2317894).
Never returned my calls.
Forced me to keep my money in their wallet.
Engineered their website making it difficult to withdraw my money.
Requested them manier times but they never bothered to take action.
I was informed the money was refunded.
But the amount never saw my bank.
They need to be put behind the bars.

It is totally fake e-shopping site. I ordered a product on 3rd of July and when they did not dispatch that in 7 days then i called their representative and he informed me that there was some technical issue that has been resolved now and now my product will be dispatched in next 3 days . Then i again waited for 13 days and they did not dispatch that. Then i cancelled my order on 22nd of july and asked for refund to my orginal mode of payment which they did not did in next 10 days then i again called their costomer care and he assured me that my refund will be done in next 3 days which they did but not to the orginal mode of payment but to vlebazaar wallet which i cannot use. I suggest all not to order any thing from this website.
