[Resolved] Vmake Visas — Fraud company and I lost my Money - Refund Till date

Before 3 years I was connected with V-Make Visas (Hadapsar branch) Pune. Where I had paid cash Rs 80000/- for Canada PR along with AIPP process. On the basis of my 5.5 band scored in IELTES, V-Make visa peoples assured me that I can get easily Saskatchewan and Manitoba PR, also they have good reference in Canada and provide me job along with PR. Hence I submitted my all documents immediately but later on within 6 months, I found changes in people’s attitude and many case managers changed in between. Neither they handled my case properly nor I got any update till date for PR and AIPP.
Now I found that all branches of V-Make in Pune and other cities are closed without any intimation and they went to Delhi. I spoke with Faridabad branch where only one lady used to talk to me but with no proper revert and mail intimation. Till date I am looking for them HR numbers but couldn’t find because I M looking for my refund. I heard that they have started new business with new company name and logo, I request to all please do not pay any single amount them and they are big cheaters and fraud. They just tale money from people and not do anything. Be careful.

Vmake Visas Customer Care's response DEAR SAMEER,
Your case was registered with us in september, 2017 in our Pune branch. We had a detailed discussion with you and you were informed that you will have to give ielts again. You agreed on that but you could not provide a better ielts score. We then filed your case in Saskatchewan. Your SINP score at that time was 64 and the draw was going on at around 61. We filed your case and waited for the response from the immigration department. However, with the passage of time, the cut-off score went up and we requested you to improve your ielts score so that we could get you the visa. Your ielts score was 5.5 which was not sufficient pertaining to the then cut-off. You tried again with ielts but got around the same score. We continued pursuing your case with immigration till 2020. We finally requested you to renew your contract with us which you refused to do.
We are the immigration consultants not High Commission who would approve your visa. We can only facilitate you in getting it. We had given you services over a long period of time in our struggle to get you the visa. But at the same time, we had expectations from you to improve your scores in Ielts which you never followed.
