VMC Developers — No refund of money

Address:Shop No. 26, 27, VMC House, Devashree Garden, Commercial Building R.W Marg Near Rutu Park, Majiwada, Panchsheel Nagar, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601

I invested Rs 161400 in the year 2013 for the purchase of the plot from the VMC group but still, no refund has been made or they allotted the plot.
