VMC Developers — VMC developers-VMC is not allowing to register my plot for which Complete payment already done-might be cheated

I have purchased two plots in Vihang city from VMC with full payment
I visited Thane office, but it was closed with sealed by local police and others. on one number found at office, Iam continuously calling, but he is not giving proper answer and said to wait more. it's almost 5 years gone but no reply received from VMC

It's my hard-earned money, seems I have been cheated by VMC...
Now I am not aware what to do and who will support to get my plots or money back.
