They have sent a faulty and fake product and named it as a Bose product (Order Number: 8001). The customer service number that is provided on their website is [protected], and they are not responding to the calls even after calling so many times!
This is clear cheating and they have to be punished for such frivolous cheating to the Customers!
I wonder as to how they can use such a brand name as Bose and cheat people this way, I hope someone from Bose will look into this cheating site called Vnaaz.com and make sure that prompt action is taken against them!
(Attached the Pic of the Prod they have sent which doesn't have Product ID or Number at the place where Bose Product ID should have been present)
