HI Sir, My recharge was unsuccessfull, i got mail from customer care ( " We regret any inconvenience regarding recharge failure. Upon checking your account, your online recharge of Rs. 995 was unsuccessful. There are instances when online recharges are unsuccessful due to certain technical glitches on the 3rd party payment gateway. I assure you that if the recharge amount has been debited from your account, the credit will be applied within 7 working days. ") But, Customer care not able to resolve my issue and if am calling to Customer Care they are talking very rude and disconnecting my call. Can you please help to resolve this issue.
