Volkswagen — Car not delivered after 3 months plus | |||||
On may 14, 2016 i met with an accident driving my silver polo (Mp09-cs-9443): trend line 1.2, luckily there was no scratch on body, thanks to solid structure and air bags which opened just in time. I thought worse is over and my car will be repaired and delivered within 3 – 4 weeks’ time, maximum a month. But problem started when i faced laid back and “sarkari” attitude of repairs & damage dept. Of volkswagen dealer – shirani automobiles, indore. After continuous follow ups and personal visits (Dealer is almost 34 kms away from my residence) almost after 3+ months, dealer have no commitment on delivery dates, they are still saying we are failing short of spare parts so couldn’t commit on date. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed to see such attitude of a global brand, i have spent more than 20k on cabs travelling from my residence to work (To & fro for 3 months+) and mental harassment can’t be calculated on monitory terms.
