Volkswagen India — bad management & misbehave

I purchase a volkswagen vento car on 29-July 2014 from MAA SHEETLA AUTOWHEELS PVT. LTD. MORADABAD. till now i did not received insurance, body cover, matting, the always give the date for giving the insurance. when i call then for asking the insurance & cover they misbehave with me & said they will give it to me. Also they did not give money of my old car which i give them in exchange. Kindly solve my problem and do the needful
