Why the service levels in volkswagon kochi india is so bad? Asking customer to wait for 90 mts to take a complaint? 3 times coming to fix the repair issue and negative attitude of service agent. Reached service centre since the service agent didn’t pick up my call and waited for 90 mts to take the repair work in spite of paying advance amount and asked me to wait till 430 pm to fix the rear view mirror which is already painted and ready to fix. Came 2 times earlier and didn’t fix it since it came around 530 pm and once service agent was not there... Was this information helpful? | |||
