Volkswagen India — Complaint against atrica automobiles" - authorized service center | |||||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am This is in regards of my Polo Car Reg No. - "BR01BF3262". Incident was of last Sunday. Because of some issue My car came into non working condition in Merrut( around 50 Kms from Noida). so, I toe my car to one of your authorized service center in Noida "Viraj Automobiles". But unfortunately they do not have a particular part (Slave Cylinder for Clutch) so I asked one of your another Authorized Service center in Noida "Atrica Automobiles" to provide that part but they denied to give by saying that please bring your car to us and we will service that car. Even i told them that my car is not in working condition so they said that Please toe it again till here. Even having word with the Authorized person of Viraj Automobiles They didn't provide that Part. Please let me know is it a policy in Volkswagen to not share parts with in Authorized dealers. if yes, then Please change this policy otherwise it can be a reason for a no o[censored]nsatisfied customers.
