Volkswagen India — Complaint for not answering the phone

[protected] This branch does not have the courtesy to answer the phone. I had called on this number a couple of times but there is no response yet. They had given me an appointment and had said they will give me a reminder call on 19th November and i have yet not recieved a call from them. Whenever i call them they do not bother answering.
