[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — cost of maintenance

My vehicle Polo KL7BP7596 entrusted at EVM Motors Trivandrum just for painting a scratch in one of the back door. They have charged Rs5500/- for just touching the mark. This is highly exorbitant and never expect from a reputed company like Volkswagen. If I have done it out side I can do it with maximum of Rs500/- From this I can understand that there is no standard rate for the work .They are charging according to their will and pleasure.
