Volkswagen India — Customer Grievance

Hi,
This is foremen MMC PVT LTD, we have booked top end vehicle, "Wolkswagon Virtus 1.0 petrol Top Line MT C-White", on 27/09/2023. Which Was Delivered to us Forcefully on the date which we were not convinced since it was Navami which is not good to buy or do new things we told them to deliver before Navami (15/10/2023) or after navami on Vijayadasahami (24/10/2023), But they have delivered it on 18/10/2023 which is said to be not good days to buy things . and we were informed by the Manager Mr Stimith and sales head MR venkatesh, that since this is a German made Vehicle they were not allowed to perform any pooja during vehicle delivery, which was really shocked us, the whole world is following Indian rituals and customs, but we as Indians are not allowed to follow our customs in our own country, which is really a sad movement for us. even though we overlooked all this since we trust the company and vehicle.
After one week of vehicle delivery we observed some noice in the vehicle, so we request the MR Venkatesh to come n collect the vehicle for service, which was denied by him and showroom people and we our self dropped the vehicle to show room, after some hours we received the call that service is over and we can collect the vehicle, when we reach the show room their was no one to attend the customer and the key has been handed over to security guard, and for our surprise the vehicle was not at all washed, when we enquire about the same with Mr Venkatesh he was no idea about the call, and they were giving stupid reason that their washing equipment is under repair, after that we came to know that their is no service station with this showroom, again when we blasted this people STIMITH, VENKATESH and your regional head Miss NIRMALA, for irresponsibility after 36 hours they have came n took the vehicle and washed it, and successful in Convincing us, But the noise was still intact.
After 3500 km the noise was becoming worst, so we thought to check the vehicle with Mechanic and he informed us that the vehicle bearing is under problem, we discussed with your concerned persons STIMITH, VENKATESH, and Miss NIRMALA, informed them that if vehicle bearing is the problem then we will not going to receive vehicle, They assured us that vehicle bearing couldn't be a problem since its a new vehicle may be some minor problem is their we will check for you, then they took the vehicle before two days, and today morning they are informing us that vehicle bearing was got damaged and its been replaced under warranty and now we can collect the vehicle. When I tried to talk to Mr Venkatesh regarding the same and informed him to not deliver the vehicle again this people are trying to convince our MD to take the delivery of vehicle who is their trump card, who agrees for everything without any hardel, when i enquired about the same this person MR Venkatesh is talking very rudely, and I tried to talk to Miss Nirmala she texted back that she will call back in moment but still now I have not received any call from her.
Now you people please tell us what ever the worst scenario, if the vehicle lost its bearing with in 4000km how we can trust the company, and you people claims that wolkswagon is the best vehicle under the safety, we are asking you now what safety does the company providing us?, what if the bearing got damaged after 4000km? again, and we are under suspect that the show room people purposefully Delivered defect vehicle.
we are Requesting you to kindly attend the Grievance, and solve the arise problem with replacement of new vehicle if failed we will approach consumer forum.

with related to service issues payment related receipt which is not matching at all as per our records till date there is no actioned solution on the previous issue.your tumkur service center is running on bunch of idiots staff led by Mr Ranjith and Miss Nirmala.
Don't try to fool us further you have to pay heavy price for this.

Respected CEO Mr Piyush Arora,
In continuation of my earlier mail related to mis selling of Defected vehicle. Today there was a call arranged by your Bangalore team members where CR Head Miss Nirmala was also there along with two other members. With who I was not interested to speak Because she rather attending our problem she is just trying to manipulate our directors to take delivery of the vehicle, to whom we clearly informed we will not going take delivery if any break downs in the vehicle. Surprise to note that they just arrange the conference call for the sake or just try to impress your superior rather than discussing about the stated subject. How many times we need to explain what we have went through even we have our own works to do so please make sure that who ever the concerned person to have a good thorough details of the problem then come to us, doesnt have basic knowledge what was there in my previous mail, the conversation was barely 2-3 mints or less than 5 minutes, finally your team members said will get back to me once they will thorough with the mail subjects. Its clearly indicates that lady Miss Nirmal was try to manipulate the subject rather than fixing the issue. I dont need these kind of eye wash people who doesn't care for the clients value and timings.
If they doesnt know what subject. Why we need such calls?
Whom you are fooling. You have to pay each and every penny for the mental strees, timings, and money which we spend for junk car in the court of law. Ultimately we are suffering from your unwanted customer solution. Have some shame... Dont take clients for granted. My displeasure is beyond words!!!
Will fight for justice we are deeply hurted but we are not knocked out.
