[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — damages to the car at your service centre

My Vento given sent for service on 27th aug 2014 at Vidyut Motors, Pune was damaged with the dent on left fender and bumper in front.Car was not washed at the time of delivery .The service manager Mr Imran and Mr Satyajit Patil denied to take any responsibility initially and were absolutly arrogant and andamant to accept the vehicle and said he were helpless.Copy of their apology attached with this mail Dear Sir, Greetings from Volkswagen, Vidyut Motors Pvt.
