We purchased VW Virtus in December 2023 vehicle no TS08JZ7786, from the very first day we had issues with mileage, which was around 5 KMPL . Later the vehicle started making noise in second gear so we requested VW service guy to get it fixed, he said there is no issue but the vehicle still make that weird noise.
The major thing is the incident which took place when I was returning from work suddenly the front tire of the car burst out of no where how can a new car tire burst just like that lucky i wasn't speeding, the tire and the wheel were damaged and the service center guys asked me to claim this via insurance, the vehicle is not even 2 month older and they asked us to claim the insurance which i feel is unfair. Ideally this should have been covered under warranty.
Its been a month that i am chasing the VW service guys to have the wheel and the tire replaced but they keep extending the dates. This kind of quality and service is not expected from a GERMAN company like Volkswagen .
I feel miserable now spending all my savings & have to go through all this with my 2 months old Virtus, I would request, please look into the issue and have my issue sorted & ideally this should have been covered under warranty or manufacturing defect.
