This is Mukund Padasalgi, I own VW Tiguan 2L-Elegance with Reg # KA01NB5692,
Basically I had purchased one of accessory(Tiguan foot mat) from PPS Motors Thanisandra Bangalore(beside elements mall Bangalore) for my car and the MRP cost was INR 5000/- however VW PPS Motors charged/cheated me with double the amount and I had made the payment of INR10, 000/- to their company using Gpay(on company’s scannar) after me reaching out to them they informed me that they will initiate the refund of 5K, all these were done last Wednesday dated 13th March and they promised to provide me the refund back in my account by Tuesday (19thMarch)
I still have not got my refund back and every time when I reach them they are not responding to me and they say they are all very busy in long prolonged meetings, Also I had raised the Query request with VW India last Wednesday(as attached), despite of multiple follow-ups I am not hearing anything from the dealership. Now can you please help escalate my concern to higher-up and help me get my refund.
