Volkswagen India — Intercooler Hose Damage within Extended Warranty Period

Hi, This is Sameer, I bought Volkswagen Polo Diesel in Mar'12 .I have also Extended Warranty 2+2 . During 3rd service I found some drop in pick up for the same I have complaint to Volkswagen Service Center.They Checked and found damaged Intercooler hose.Parts cost is INR8000 . As per service center it is not under extended warranty but in normal warranty it covers. I want to understand if parts got damaged due to their poor quality during extended warranty then who is responsible customer or manufacture which 6 Inch Hose cost is INR8000.
