I m sridevi bearing vw polo 2013 mpi RgNo: ap 29 bu2044. This incidents was taken place with volkswagen service centre suchitra.
1. I gave the vehicle for full body paint of 7th december at above service centre Mr.Narendra body shop manager spoked with me and gave 60K quotation. I said ok and to start the work.
2.On 15/12/2021 i took vehicle delivery and i noticed issues with paint and door protector not fixed properly and body paint is too hard they gave without rubbing the paint to smooth and interior, engine component was also not cleaned properly windows outer liners of 4 windows was in zig zag condition and i raised the complaint again and spoke with pavan, and poornima they requested to send the vehicle again on 17/12/2021 friday at 3:00Pm volkswagen person took vehicle holding petrol still 170Kms in tank from my home to rectify the complaints.
3. Again on 20.12.2021 i took vehicle delivery afternoon 1.00Pm by having a blind faith on service centre and on trust of mr pavan i took vehicle without seeing whether they cleared the paint hardness issues but at time of taking delivery i had observed door protector was not fixed properly as last complained and they are ready to detach from vehicle again their is scratch on fog light left side which is not at time of taking vehicle from me and fuel on vehicle also got major difference i noticed vehicle is holding only 70Kms petrol remaining. By seeing the same i questioned about petrol deficit they replied they kept vehicle ignition on for half an hour they petrol got decreased WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? HOW SHOULD I UNDERSTAND THEIR ANSWER?
4. At that time also mr narendra was not in proper reply to answer about the door protector issue and petrol stolen issue and about fog lamp he blamed me that it was having at you only we won't replace that but later having a great argument with him he agreed to replace if any vehicle come to them their part will get transferred to me.
5. Later on having positive thinking and trust on them i took vehicle 20.12.2021 and returned to home and on very next day while cleaning vehicle i again noticed there is scratches under back bumper near mud flop was not cleared properly and they just painted on the scratches which is clearly visible on paint( I have those videos which i recorded the same about their excellent skill on paint job). And petrol cap lock was not working and front bumper and rightside back window glass is having still hardness and contacted poornima about this issues again on 21.12.2021 they replied same to send vehicle back to service centre.
6. Please apply your observation here vehicle went for 2 to 3 times after body paint work done means it shows clear negligence to wards customers and they have no skill to close complaints properly. Again on 25.12.2021 saturday morning 10.00Am i visited to service centre and Mr. Narendra got at 11.Am to office and later he started to agrue with me very rashly and neglegently they have the patience and i am testing their patience the vehicle have no issues but iam creating those issues and bring vehicle to them and old repairs also getting to repair with them. And they are not responsible for any complaints and they won't rectify any thing this time.
7.I said poornima said to bring the vehicle the complaint i was made is visible if you apply your mind properly and if you are not intended to rectify complaint why you gave a cal to get back vehicle again. I then gave a call to poornima who requested to visit again then he agreed and opened job sheet to rectify scratch visible under back bumper and he refused to recifity petrol lock and saying that complaint is at you only and you throwing on us to get if replaced freely. I asked him to show a video they have which is working at them while giving vehicle delivery to me or taking for paint job but he kept silent. One old man called by narendra near vehicle and he stated to speak with high voice that they are too busy don't play with them if i want to rectify the same replace new bumper and new glass which having hardness due to their spray negligent. I showed him scratch under back bumper and asked him is this way to paint ? then he kept silent and painted again that scratch with some paint jammed someplace again. So i decided to not to send vehicle even if any complaint due to their unskilled work pending also because of mr narendra words on that day about patience. I left showroom on evening 4.00Pm with unsolved reply about Petrol stolen, petrol lock spoiled, Fog lamp scratch.
9.So decided to raise complaint to volkswagen first and later to file a complaint on consumer court for their breach of service without clean hands and blaming customer in back and damages for fuel expenses and travel expenses for ola cabs spent because of them for visiting vehicle for 3to 4 times randomly so i request to get the same get cleared and take appropriate action on transactions taken place with them.
