[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Poor after sale service, and not receiving the promised after sale benefits

I have purchased a Volkswagen Polo in Oct2013 in Guwahati from the authorised dealer under a scheme named Fully Loaded which says : 1) 3 years of Road Side Assistance 2) 3 years of Insurance 3) 3 years maintainance free 4) Warranty of 3 years, i.e extended warranty And now when its time for me to avail the scheme benefits they are not providing me and backing out from it.
