Hello, I have purchased polo car from jabalpur Volkswagen showroom on 01.06.16 and I have exchanged my old santro car with it. We haven't received any papers from the company regarding the exchange of the car santro and company is not providing us even with the details of the person whom they sold it. The transfer of papers is pending since three months. I feel very upset with this king of service. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. My vw polo desil injectors changed in Extended warranty but full work not done service person says it's ok it is good condition but, after 10 days problem came injectors fail this time claim not received says warranty not possible I ask why it is not possible?
What are the terms if Extended warranty why it is not possible.
