Volkswagen India — Service not satisfied... Denying our needs

Sir few months back I gave my car for service in Chennai mount road service Centre... I was very much upset with their service. Regarding this I registered complaints in your website. But nobody bothers about it.Now I m getting due for my service in this month
Please help me what should I do to get proper service satisfaction.
