Let me share my first 40 days experience of buying a Volkswagen car. My car is in the workshop after breakdown on 1st Nov, 2023. My first surprise was a breakdown car mid-night on the road . Thanks for your RSA services who helped to pick my car by midnight. I received a call the next day from the workshop with a repair bill.
I was shocked to see the first bill of the car within 40 days after purchase. I was not convenineced with workshop arguments on wear & tear parts not covered under warranty once the car is out of the showroom. While travelling in Uber for the last 9 days, I was thinking about the customer caring and quality of Volkswagen cars as stuck to quick decisions over escalations & negotiation.
Vokswagen is not taking care and returns my car after repair in warranty quickly.

Claim Rejected : 4th Nov
Send email & called customer care to explain problem : 4th Nov
Received a call from a workshop and mentioned my claim was rejected by the company and open to offer a discount at workshop level.
Looking forward your support to help me get my car after repairing manufacturing defects. Vokswagen India customer care manager is useless as not listening customer and reluctant to accept car manufacture defects even car is brand new and not run yet 4000 km. purchased it 40 days before only
