Volkswagen cars are the wrong choice in life soon this company will also leave India due to their fraud behaviour and poor service. The company is advertising 4 years care and additional 2 years extended warranty but when it comes to the reality they are denying the warranty when the vehicle is in warranty period.
My name is Reghu R i am using the Volkswagen Ameo MT with the registered number:TN57BU4138 i bought the vehicle madurai Ramani Cars 2019march.
All the periodical service has been done from the Authorised Volkswagen Ramani service centre in Madurai, coimbatore and Tirunelveli.
During 16.02.2023 they found an issue in the car that is 2nd cylinder misfire detected. After that issue the car went two times to Authorised Volkswagen madurai service center and no one is bothered about that complaint and it's not rectified till date 18.01.2024 Due to some warning signs in the dashboard I sent the vehicle to Volkswagen madurai service centre and they diagnosed the issue and they told to change the injector. I informed the service advisor to change the injector under warranty because the vehicle is still in warranty period.
But purposely the service centres people from Volkswagen madurai and managers are refused to change the parts under warranty.
If you are not able to change the mechanical components under warranty means why you are advertising fake news that 4 years warranty additional 1 year warranty, 2 year warranty. What is the purpose of paying our hard earned money to get this scrap warranty.
If it's a wear and tear part means okay we don't claim for warranty but this is purely your mechanical component failure issue.
Already this vehicle is in the service centre for 15 days very very disappointed from Volkswagen service.
If this continues soon you will run from India after losing all the existing customers.
This is purely cheating from @Volkswagen madurai, @Volkswagen India. Because still the vehicle is in warranty period and refused to do the work under warranty.

I will also file a consumer complaint case against this fraudulent Volkswagen India and Volkswagen madurai Ramani service.
Also I will approach this matter to a YouTube Automotive journalist and post it in a public forum.
