Volkswagen India — VW Taigun clutch issue repeated within 1 year - reg.

I am Dr. Kamalakannan, Currently resist. At Chennai, Working as Assistant professor in a reputed University.
In the month of August, 2022 I bought VW Taigun Comfort line MT.
Vehicle Number : PY 05 M 7696. ( Purchased at Pondicherry showroom, but it was transferred from Chennai showroom before the waiting time)

The reason I opt for Volkswagen, for its quality, safety and reliability of car. And also I was recommending my colleagues and students for the model those who enquired about the model.

But on the contrary, while I was driving in Highway I felt some clutch problem and gave it to Pondicherry service centre. They said it’s perfectly fine. But, when I was taking my relative to a hospital in the night time ( may be within a month) my car was broke and not moving an inch. So, used road side assistance ( I was with the tow service) and dropped the car and me at Pondicherry showroom.
They have checked and updated me that the clutch plate is burnt and its needs to be replaced with new One.

It’s very surprising to know that the clutch plate is burnt as the car had driven only just (1000 KMs) - one thousand KMs). As Volkswagen is a renowned brand and it’s questioning on the quality on the product.

But, I paid the fee of Rs. 25, 000+ as the cost of replacing and other parts. The showroom

How come a brand-new vehicle of just 1/2 months old can bring upon wear and tear issue with just 1000 KM run? This seriously raises concern about the quality of vehicle and the parts used!

Periodically, the car faced some other issues like low a/c, clutch hard issue, viper not working, gearshift software wrongly showing the gear numbers etc. which I gave the car for service and serviced it with the same vendor.

Again this November 2023, the car broke again in the middle of highway. This time total ODO meter showed around 5500 kms ( just[protected] kms usage)
This is the second clutch failure incident incident which I have faced after buying the car in a span of 1 year.
Even I complained earlier, excessive engine noise and from service center they mentioned its normal ( but my I have checked with my colleagues car ( around 25 cars) and found it may some fault related to Fuel pump ( one of my other company driver suggested that, by hearing the noise) . But, the showroom claimed it’s normal.

I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the car which Volkswagen has delivered to Indian customers. I need a response from the Volkswagen India.

As its questioning safety of me and my family, I would like to avail a refund for my car, if needed

Please be informed, that I am ready to take legal course, in case you fail to address the query.

Note : I have used volswagen driver for driving the car from showroom to my home and further, used a good driver who have about 20 years experience. - till the first time clutch issue happened.

After the first incident, I am not using any driver.
