[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Vw vento complaining about the service @ pondicherry | |||
The service & response given by volkswagen @ pondicherry is very poor & pathetic. I have given the vehicle for service on 13th july 16, till now they have not responded. I have never seen such a lethargic and irresponsible team across any manufacturers. I have been a maruti & hyundai customer before, but their service was good.In vw, poorest of the poor. Same with me.. I left my polo on July 2... and still no proper response... Pondicherry Volkswagen is the worst service centre ever... still no news about my car... regretting my decision for choosing Volkswagen
