Faulty ac system delivered from voltas. Looking for immediate replacement/refund.
23th april: purchased a volta's ac at #vasanthandco at tiruchirapalli, tamilnadu.
24th april: installation done in the afternoon. (Installation with additional cost [no bill] for shortage of cable length (2m) supplied from factory, i was wonder how come the cable length is shorter when the copper tubes are having enough length for installation)
24th april: after 1hr's of running machine fails to cool the air.
25th april: after so many calls to local service center they came in the evening & found the compressor is failed-found leakage.
26th april: received the new compressor from vasanthandco.
27th april: after so many delays from service team, compressor installed in the late evening & after 1hr of running it fails again.
Can we get a replacement for the fault unit supplued from volta's india.
