Have been complaining about nonfunctional deep freezer chamber of my Voltas Beko Refrigerator 533 L since Sunday (02/03/2024), but the same has not been repaired as yet. First service Technician visited, stayed for 20-30 mts, but didn't do anything, as he couldn't repair the fault. Yesterday again, one new Technician visited, but did not bring sufficient equipments to either open the Deep freezer chamber or diagnose the exact fault. He however said that he would visit today in the evening with exact instrument for finding exact fault. Additionally, he directed to keep the whole Refrigerator closed for overnight, so that today he could open the Chamber easily and wash it clean for the debris deposited therein. However, he did not turn up at all. I had an important meeting about which I had informed this Technician yesterday, stating him that in case I was not home, my servant would do needful for him to get to repair the Refrigerator. But, while I returned home now, I learnt noone visited to repair the Refrigerator. When I phoned the Workshop in Bareilly, the supervisor informed that the Technician sent yesterday had gone on leave, hence they deputed new Technician, who phoned me during afternoon. As I was in an important Meeting, and no phone was permitted inside the Hall, I had no way to communicate, as I remained under impression the Technician who had visited us yesterday, knows my schedule and would be able to manage with help of our house-help for whatever he needed for repairing the Refrigerator.
Since, Bareilly Workshop deputed again a 3rd new Techinician, who phoned me directly without coordinating repairing works carried out by yesterday Technician, and since I could not take any calls due to my urgent meeting going on at the same time. this Techinician did not visit at all. Hence, whole day keeping Refrigerator off without any even 4 0C cooling spoilt the food materials inside and wasted so much of my stored things, besides wasting my time and efforts in contacting and communicating for repair of Refrigerator Deep Freezer Chamber.
This way Bareilly workshop is pretending to depute new Technician each time, who are good for nothing. They are not competent enough to diagnose exact fault in the Refrigerator, and have failed utterly in repair the fault in upper Deep freezer Chamber of my Refrigerator.
Voltas Beko authorities should note this lapse on their part and initiate immediate necessary action to correct the same.
