I had ordered for 41 uk Valparaiso Louis vouton lace up shoes in February from volyzon through COD. I got the delivery on 10 February 2017..
To my astonishment they sent the wrong product and I informed them on the same day and they promised me to get replaced within a week...After 200 calls they arranged for a pick up of the wrong product but till now they are not ready to send the replacement nor receiving my calls neither paying back my amount..
They are just making false promises that they will change.. [protected]-1 this was my order number in the name of shashidhar s koti...attached also is the reverse pick up which they have got...it's been all most 2 months now...plz initiate steps to either send my product or else refund my amount...
