I had ordered two sarees with Order Nos. R[protected]Fleafair) and R[protected]Snapdeal) and since I was not satisfied with the quality of the product I wanted to return the same. On my mobile, I initiated the return through the app and accordingly, Order No. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 28th November, 2015 however, I have not been refunded with the amount in respect of the return. As per our telephonic conversation, the refund for Order No R[protected]Snapdeal) had been initiated on Dec 3rd and for Order No R[protected]Fleafair) the refund of amount is initiated on Dec 10th which will take 7-8 business days to reflect in your bank account.
