I booked "Printed Cotton Kurti (CODE: 432210) Seller: Fashionara" from Voonik.com on 31st August 2015. Today only i received the product despite several reminders. The issue is the product is entirely different that i booked. Colour and material both do not match. I think the seller has cheated me. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against the seller and Voonik. Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We apologize for the error done by our seller and we have raised the return request for the product and our delivery boy will pick up the product from your place within 3-5 working days. In case reverse pick up is not available, we will mail you and you will have to courier the product to the mentioned address. Courier charges will be refunded back to you in the form of Voonik credits. We guarantee that it will not happen again in future. I booked "Arya 047 designer darees i Seller:Arya" from Voonik.com on 4 oc 2015 i received the product despite several reminders. The issue is the product is entirely different that i booked. Colour and material both do not match. I think the seller has cheated me. 7 also i have mailed you but no responce at all.& also i want my material on before[protected]. so please You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against the seller and Voonik.
