[Resolved]  Voonik — Discrimination in delivering my order

On 9th of October I placed an order for set of 4 leggings on Voonik.com on COD. I did receive the product, not one but two. As I was out of home at the time of delivery, my relative received the products and paid for two. I opened one parcel and found the product damaged. I contacted to customer services and asked both the products to be returned. They agreed and told me that they will arrange courier service for returning the products. Till date no one came to my door to pick the parcels up. I wrote to them several times but now they have stopped responding to me.
