On dated 20/1/2016 i ordered a saree and the order no.was R[protected]and on dated 22/1/2016 received sms that 'your voonik -surat package is arriving. please keep INR 416 ready. on dated 23/1/2016 in d mornin i got call dat apka order 2 ghante me deliver hoga n asked sec no. when i open the packet found saree mismatched as per our online order n colour is totally different at the same time i called the from where i got call they said they can no do anything and gave me one no..then i called there again dat person told me to call on customer care n cancel the order and when i asked the no he said search it..after searchin i got a no n was trying to call evertym after one ring it was not responding...kesa web site hai irder karo tou aise wrong milega n not getting ny help also..phle b aise hua tou cloth quality cheap tha but abhi tou sari he totally different hai..pls suggest n provide no where to contact n give complain
