[Resolved] Voonik Tech — I'm complaining about the product that I have received | |||||
Hello! I order two product but not as per standard that i have expected so I want to return back, but no any option showing in it. Order nos. are R[protected] and R[protected] from mobile no. [protected]. Customer care no. [protected] also not responding. I want to return all purchase so accept both the product. Verified Support Sep 23, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Adule, We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations. We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away. We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com. Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number. The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and refund would not be given.
