I booked one product order id: r[protected] white & blue saree through voonik and alos i return the product on[protected] through ecomexpress courier but i not yet receive my amount 1179 rs. So please tranfer my amount to my bank account, my bank account details given below.

We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik. Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account.Please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit.
If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
