[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Order no: r[protected]

I ordered from Voonik.com thinking that my product will be good Order No: R[protected]. However, the quality was extremely bad.The quality, the color and no lining etc., made me terribly disappointed with the overall product. I ordered a Turquoise top the product that came to me was a totally different green. I ordered a beige top in net with black zip the product that came to me was a peach color top with golden zip and no lining. It was cheating to put a different picture in the product line and deliver another product to the customer.Delivering a different product from what was ordered is against consumer rights. I would like to return all my products back as I am extremely upset with the quality, color and change in product. Please assist consumer support team.

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to accept your return request for order ID R[protected]. The order was delivered to you on Feb 10th and our seller has only 15 days return policy. So you have exceeded the permissible return period.
