I have odered a dress with order no R[protected].not satisfied by the product I had appealed for return.my request was accepted and the product was returned with a promise of refund of a amount of rs.650.the process of refund was initiated on 22/8/2016.but till now I have not got any information about my refund.therefore I request you to initiate my refunding process as soon as possible.my account no-[protected] & Contect No-[protected]. We are forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away. We notice that you have returned the product and we had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
