[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Poor customer service... Product yet not delivered | |||||
Order number R[protected] Shows the product approval and sorting&packing done But shipping and delivery pending Order was placed on 5th feb n it estimated as 15th... Tried contacting voonik however nobody picks the calls for hours... Bad quality too on the earlier product i tried...! Promises are not kept here! I vl be greatful if i receive my cash back... Verified Support Feb 18, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Aparna, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “ Feb 05th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ Maybelline-Colossal-Black-Kajal[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and refunded the amount in your Voonik credits as you have made the payment from Voonik credits only.We have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- as a token of apology for cancelling the order.
