[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund of my voonik credit to bank account | |||||
Hello i have ordered for a pink salwar suit of order number r[protected] by cash on delivery on 4-5-2016 and i got the product delivered on 9-5-2016. The shipment number is[protected] and the product was delivered by delivery.Instead of the product i have ordered i got another dress of complete black color so i kept it for return on the same day of delivery. While in the returning process i choose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. Now my problem is that i want my refund into my bank account so what is the solution for this? hello sir, in my voonik credit 899.00 rupees is pending.now i want to return this in my account.and a pink halfchiku saree which is ordered by me has been return you and when i return iwas choosed bank transfer but my cash 999.00 is not credit in my account.so please prosess mycash in my bank account, and reply also me.

Hi.sir I have return the product. But I couldnt to take my amount back because of I have created by mistake Emil I'd. So I need from the bank or cash and after words I should take one more product please side help me amount is 1349 pls refund my amount.

The order that I received from Your side did not met my expectations, So I returned it back.But the problem i wrongly clicked on voonik credit but I want it back into my bank account .my Voonik return order R[protected] for "Black Floral Print..." is AWB[protected] .So kindly credit it in my bank account instead of voonik credits.
