[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Voonik do not follow their given statements | |||||
I am a ethnic seller in voonik. I have many payment related issue with voonik. They wrongly deducted amount from payment many times. I have generated ticket for all that issues. They do not accept mistake easily even we provide them all the proofs with screen shots and images. If they accept and give statement like you amount will be refund in next payment cycle. Then they never follow their statements. I got this statement that your refund will credited in next payment cycle for multiple tickets. But 3 month above gone but i don't receive a single refund for their accepted issue. There are 73 returns missing. I haven't received yet. They said that within a month we will provide proof of delivery to you. If can't we will refund you. They provide me different proof of delivery statement from courier after 1 and half month when i manually remind them by mail. There is no single shipment detail of mine. No my name nor stamp and signature. Now i am asking for refund for that shipments because they said that if we couldn't provide the delivery proof than we will refund but no single reply. I have generated ticket for this issue at december 2015. They need a year to resolve ticket. I want my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
