[Resolved] Voonik.com — Unethical behavior | |||
I had ordered 5 items from voonik.com on 8th june out of which only 2 arrived. When I complained about it they told me to be patient and that the product is likely to be delivered by 25th june which did not happen. I again complained and the again told me that the product will reach by 29th june. It is 30th june today and it has been 22 days since I ordered the product. The payment of all 5 items has been made at the time of purchase. When i sent a message saying that i want the remaining amount of the 3 items i was not replied at all. When i called they didn't pick up my call. My order no is R[protected] and was made on voonik.com. please kind look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||
